DPL employees come from all walks of life, with a variety of technical and professional
backgrounds. Some have been with us for more than 50 years. Others are just beginning their
careers. In the end, our team consists of a diverse group of people who care about DPL being a great company!
In 2007, DPL developed a new values statement. These values were created by a joint union and management team and echo the importance of each employee.
