Quick facts about DPL's workforce:

There are roughly 1,500 employees at DPL made up of management, union, and part-time workers.

Our union employees are represented by Local 175 of the Utility Workers Union of America. Thanks to the positive relationship and hard work of our union and management teams, DPL and Local 175 have a Labor Compact instead of a contract. The labor compact includes joint mission statements, an employee bill of rights and systems for resolving disputes. The agreement has worked to move away from rules and focuses on flexibility and reliable service to the customer.

The U.S. Department of Labor declared the compact set "new standards for the industry-and possibly the country."
