Dayton Power & Light Launches New Online Account Features for Customers

DAYTON, Ohio – September 20, 2018 – The Dayton Power and Light Company (DP&L), a subsidiary of The AES Corporation (NYSE: AES), recently launched new features and improvements to MyDP&L, our online account center. Residential customers can now access Energy Insights to analyze usage data, compare their usage to similar households, and complete their home profile to receive personalized tips and recommendations to reduce energy usage and save on bills.

In addition, all DP&L customers can enjoy new self-service options on the Manage Profile screen and more detailed usage data under Usage History. We also made it easier for customers to enroll in DP&L E-Bill paperless billing when creating a MyDP&L online profile.
